This error is showing after installing Ja news ticker.

Thanks for reporting this, as soon Joomlart developers will look at it and fix this bug with a new release of the ja_Newsticker module.

Actually a date cannot be established , but since should be only changed a constructor in simplepie library, it should not take so much.
