Incorrect version update messages

I keep getting told by Joomla Update that my JA template, T3 plugin, ACM module and other Joomlart items were outdated. However, when I go to the JA Extensions Manager to check for updates to install, I'm being told that all my extensions were already the latest version.

Now I'm getting this error message:

FYI: you can update JA ACM + T3 via JAEM, JA Builder is special product and you can't JAEM to update JA Builder. Just edit a page via JA Builder, a message for update will appear.

That made no difference. I was able to get rid of the message related to the ACM module by manually downloading it from the JA Social II download page. On the JA Extensions Manager it wasn't available yet. However, When I tried to do the same for the JA Social II template, there was no newer version available as yet, even though the Joomla update screen insists there was. See screenshot.

From your screenshot, JA Social T3 is different template, not JA Social II template. You can share the credentials of your site so I can have a closer look and check for you.
