Problem with updating and installing modules

Hello, I have a problem with the actualization and installation of any module or component.
When I want to update eg Akeeba, I get an error:

Update path does not exist.

Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.

The same as I want to install, for example, the Tabs add-on:
error
Unable to find install package

Please help. The joomla version is 3.8.5. Template version 1.0.3

Thanks for contacting us.
All JA Extensions and templates are updated via JA Extension Manager component.
Please install JA Extension manager and configure it as given here: https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
Joomla update is used to show the notification whenever there is a new version of the template is available.
The Latest version of JA Company template is 1.0.3 if you already using this version, just click on clear cache button in Joomla update to remove the notification.

Hi,

I can access your site but not sure which extension you can't install. To update Akeeba backup extension, just update via Joomla update: /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=update

There is a problem in this. I can not update anything using joomla update.

Another problem is bad login or password in services menager (JoomlArt Updates). So far everything was ok.

There is an unexpected issue with JoomlArt updates server and the team is working on it, it will be fixed pretty soon.

For Akeeba backup extension, take a backup of your site and download the latest version from its provider site and install into your site.

How should I install this, since the standard way displays errors as described in the first post.

I also try to install normal Joomla extension but without success, this issue relates to Joomla on your site and your server, could you post the same question into Joomla's forum? and also contact your hosting provider for help on this.

I know what the problem is. In the php settings, the file_upload variable is disabled.
However, on this server this variable is enabled. Could any template files have been able to disable it. I did not change anything myself.

Template does not change any PHP value, it would be from your server. I suggest you share this report with your hosting provider so they can enable the file uploads from PHP settings.
usually file uploads is auto enabled by every hosting provider.
