MegaMenu settings is not loading

I have installed the JA Donate template and when you click on the MegaMenu button in the template settings window, it does not load any of the normal option or settings? I can not assign modules to the megamenu as before? The Megamenu Toolbox does not load.

Is this a bug or has something changed?

I installed quickstart version right now and i'm not able to replicate your issue, could you please share a super user account to your backend so we can have a look at your settings and answer to your question ?

Sorry for the delay in response - had a few deadlines...

I have added Superuser Logins in the form provided.
NOTE: This is a copy /sub-domain of an existing site on the same server and I am having some problems with redirects, so please pay attention to the url (must be 2019.tul....)

Besides megamenu not loading, the layout preview and positions also does not load under templates/styles/layout. I used to be able to disable modules and change widths with a click and drag?

Then also the two module positions: "position-3" and "position-4" did not allow me to publish in then. I added these to the templateDetails.xml file and fixed my problem - Just thought I will let you know.

Like I said, I have problems with the way the site redirect. After you log in, it redirects to www.tul... , change the url back to www.2019.tul... Please pay close attention to the url.

Type in your login detail, submit, change www. to 2019. and hit enter.

Your template configuration - with the redirect etc etc doesn't allow the jquery to load correctly templates features

It returns a 500 error as you can see , remove all the redirections and template will works fine

I fixed the redirect problem in configuration.php. It should work fine now.
