Megamenu not loading in template section for customization

Whithin my template, where I have megamenu enabled, I click on the megamenu icon to load the Megamenu and nothing happens just a blank screen.

any ideas?

The main issue I want to fix is that the longer submenu text wrap on the same line overwriting the first part.

Any ideas?

Looking in the admin > mega menu and viewing in the browser console you have this error

If you go to this link it says

403 - This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the component's options.

So I'd test with either changing the configuration options or quickly disabling the admin tools component to see if this is the reason - once you know then you can decide how best to procede

I'd image you will need to change the settings for the WAF
