Joomla 5.2.3 Compatibility for JA Templates, Bug Fixes, and More

When I try to upgrade the php version on the hosting server, the home page goes down and I get the following error

Too few arguments to function ZenTools2Helper::loadElement(), 5 passed in /home/jbcamero/public_html/templates/buildr/html/mod_zentools2/slideshow.php on line 61 and exactly 6 expected

I have updated Zentools 2 and the buildr template and the error keeps occuring.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Chris

The homepage looks fine now, could you switch the php version so I can replicate the issue?

Done, please let me know when I can put it back ASAP. I hate doing this to live sites

is anyone going to look at this before saguaros gets back? or is it dead now? Paul any chance you could have a look?

To be precise, Kindly confirm the php version with which you are seeing the relative error as mentioned. Also, If you are able to change php version through cPanel yourself, You may kindly update cPanel creditionals also in edit fields so that we can try to replicate the relative issue at our end and troubleshoot the same. This would also not create hinderance for your live site

I have updated the fields with cpanel access

PHP version change from 7.031 to 7.1.21 or 7.2.9 both cause the error

It looks like there may have been an over ride created, it was created by the former owner in America. It looks like just 1 extra div with a class of zen-container has been placed inside zt-item-container in the slideshow.php file

I've pulled that layout to bits and I can't re-create the error so I'd suggest removing it 🙂

Ok I copied the new slideshow.php to the overide folder added the same extra div and it seems to work now. Just the slide show pagination controls have moved over to the left, I should be able to get that moved back across to line up with Plumbing picture underneath, but if you have any css hints it woud be much appreciated.
