I will try it again (my english is not that great)
What do i need to putt in at the Services Information, Authentication, my login that i use yo login here or do i need to putt something els there.
Ja-builder works great so it cant be the login i think.

In authentication you should add your joomlart account ( username and password ) same you use to login here, then make the joomlart updater service as default service.

I got them same problem with all the domains with diffrant templates so it cant be ftp joomla settings or something like that.
I gave the admin pass at ftp

fluenta Can you add the password for your Joomlart membership in edit fields so as to check and troubleshoot the same with configuration in JA extension manager

I did a clean joomla 3.8.8 install with a clean database and a fress downloaded ja extention manager its still saying the same thing, but the ja builder shows its all oke and i can use the pro edition, so user and pass r correct

Do you have JA extensions in the plain install that the component can pick up?

I can't seem to login with the access details provided - can you double check they are correct

I got the info you sent me. It seems that the problem doesn't come from your account as I tried to login with my own account but it also doesn't work. I see these warnings from your site:

There maybe problem from your host, not sure if it has any plugin which blocks the connection to Joomlart update service. Could you check with your hosting provider?

Or Raw Access file? (my host error logs are normally empty but data does show in the raw access files)
