Broken version of Guru

I have purchased Guru Pro. My version is now outdated at 5.0.14 and is no longer working correctly.I have tried to download a new version but it does not allow me. I cant find anything on your site to tell me my subscription status. I am happy with what I have except that it is no longer working properly. How do I gt a functioning version again.
BTW, this new arrangement of your sites is very confusing for me. It is very hard to work out where to go for stuff on Guru.
