search error with JAK2 after updates

Strange error coming from searches when e.g. searched for "air con" causes the following error

YOU HAVE AN ERROR IN YOUR SQL SYNTAX; CHECK THE MANUAL THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR MYSQL SERVER VERSION FOR THE RIGHT SYNTAX TO USE NEAR 'OR (I.EXTRA_FIELDS_SEARCH LIKE '%303%') AND (I.TITLE LIKE '%CON%' OR I.INTROTEXT' AT LINE 1

This error was after updates to only JA K2 Filter Component ?

Thanks for the reply, I restored the site and only updated from files from the directory template and all is working well on the search.
