Image keeps moving

for some reason when on the homepage the picture in the background right under the header keeps moving when scrolling. I've had this problem since this morning. I haven't edited anything that should have impact on this. I have also made the header stick but even when I turn this of it keeps bugging.

I have set the background image to cover and tried the other options but nothing seems to solve it.

also; I have a white bar between the header and the content but can't seem to find where this is coming from or how to hide it. does someone know how to do this.

rickerd98 Hi. To keep the image in same place please add this to css:

.bg-attachment-fixed {
background-attachment: scroll !important;
}
