Menu/submenu color and display items issues in mobile version

Hello Team,
I am working on this site and found that the all the submenu's under Service do not appear in mobile version of the site. Also Can I change the color of menu bar in mobile version only as it is too hard to see in mobile. Please see the attached image.

Super user account provided above doesn't works

You can add in your custom.css from right panel

.jub-block .navbar-toggle {
	background-color:#fff!important;
}

Under Service menu, I still cannot see all the sub menus in mobile version. Can you please help in that as well ?

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.navbar-collapse {
override: scroll;
max-height: 250px;
}
}
