Multiple serious errors/issues still plagueing DTRegister. Have posted here about them and submitted tickets and same issues coming back again and again even though in ticket tech support said some were "fixed."
Today, had an event with Waitlist Enabled. Event was full but read "Waiting" where the usual Register button was. Someone registered and it charged and collected full payment and listed it as Waiting status. Before, it would collect registration but would not actually charge and collect payment. Has this changed? Is there a way to make it so Waitlist registrations do not collect payment?

And, when I click on that 'waiting' registration in the DTRegister backend, the record will not open and instead a "DateTime" error pops up.

Worse, we had someone register - or try to - for two events later in the day and he emailed and said he got an error on his end for the second one. Well, DTRegister recorded NO registrations for either event but we got payment in PayPal. No notification emails were received and there is absolutely NO record in DT Register of the two registrations. We have experienced this error/issue/bug before and reported it - as did other DT Register users - and the response from tech support has been something like, "We cannot replicate the issue." Well, multiple users have reported same serious issue so something is not right.

Right now the DT Register installed is not stable and is having a lot of issues and bugs and is not reliable at all and it is causing us a lot of problems, grief, and issues. I have put in tickets and just updated the last one with the recent info.

Are others having these issues or have most people bailed from this component? I am at my wits end here, unless they actually fix these issues and the component works as intended. I have been a DT Register customer for many years and have not, until now, had this many serious problems with the component.
