    My Configuration:
    PHP Built on: Linux 195103
    Database Version: 5.0.27
    Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
    PHP Version: 5.2.3
    Web Server: Apache/2.0.54 (Fedora)
    Web Server to PHP interface: apache2handler
    Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.0 Production/Stable [ Takriban ] 5-October-2007 21:00

    I installed ja_polaris. It does not work. I want to edit it to make it work without the legacy plugin. I compared it to the free template that came together with the package and noticed some differences. But I have not enough knowledge to edit it accordingly. First I had a restricted access warning. When I edited a line and turned it into defined (‘_JEXEX’) or die (‘restricted access’) I only got a blanc page… Please help me out here or tell me there is an improved ja_polaris that works with 1.5.0 RC2..:((

    I enabled legacy again and just your template as it is. I can see ja_polaris now, but the lay-out is not OK. The buttons to change the screen resolution and colors don’t work, the header image looks funny, bread crumb path doesn’t work, menu is off(only an undordered list is displayed vertically without any buttons or links) etc. Please help. Here is the link.

    I wonder if the following code has to be changed for the template menu etc to work properly on the latest Joomla! version(my site is in a subfolder, not the root):

    # Define the template path ##########
    $ja_template_path = $mosConfig_live_site.’/templates/ja_polaris’;
    $ja_template_absolute_path = $mosConfig_absolute_path.’/templates/ja_polaris’;
    include ($ja_template_absolute_path.”/ja_templatetools.php”);
