    First, I’d like to say that Job Board is a great product with great promise. I’m eagerly looking forward to the release of 1.5.1 stable which adds a lot of great new features.

    Second, I’ve paid an independent testing company to do exhaustive, comprehensive testing of 1.5.1 beta before launching it on a site I am developing. I’ve submitted many tickets for bugs. Days and days have gone by and I have not received answers to them or had them resolved. Some tickets have been open for nearly a month. I’m frustrated and disappointed.

    Finally, I want to reiterate that Job Board has the potential to be a great product. I sincerely hope these communication and support issues can be resolved promptly.

    Can you please allow me to see the the responses to your tickets promptly?

    I see you have replied to many of my tickets but I can’t see what you wrote.

    Please allow me to see the updates to the tickets.

    Hi Don,

    I understand. My point is that I can see that tickets have been completed, but they are held overnight (your time) for some reason. Then in the morning (your time) I get a bunch of updates all at once.

    This delay causes me to lose a full day of development on my side. I would like each ticket update to be sent when it is ready, not all in one batch after a group are completed.

    I hope this make sense?

    Hi David,

    Normally I’m the one that approves Vinh’s replies before they are sent to you, since I’m pretty busy so I can’t approve each one once it’s done by Vinh…notice that when it’s red it means that it’s waiting for me to approve, and when it’s yellow it means that I approved already and it’s waiting for Vinh to send it out…that’s why there might some delay times.. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience and do appreciate for your patience! We will fix this issue..
