Hi Guys, sorry for posting here, but I am getting very frustrated (same as many other members I see) at the fact that templates claiming to be 1.5 compliant and stable are going online and they obviously are not compliant. Furthermore, silence and lack of support – i.e people answering clients questions in the appropriate forum – is deafening.
I have two posts which need an answer. This one was posted more than 10 days ago http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/newsflash-direct-access/ and all I got was 1 reply yesterday after ranting.

If these were free templates I could come to understand delays, however, since people here are paying memberships with hard earned money, then in my opinion support responses need to be prompt.
Luckily for me, I only took out a 1 year standard membership as I was contemplating a developer one. But I am starting to change my mind about this unless I can be convinced otherwise.

I just reported in some possible bugs in two templates for 1.5. But the way they make the templates now it seems to me that you need to have everything top notch( hosting, your computer,ISP etc etc)and that you need a few years experience to do any modifications. Not like it should be…
