1 – An error has occurred when trying to install JA Voice

I already read the other posts on this subject and tried what they said but still doesn’t work. I have the latest version of JA Voice and I’m trying to install it on my site and when I install the package I get this error:

and it keeps going on and on. I know you guys have seen this before and I read in previous releases an SQL fix was needed but I’m using the latest one and this is still happening. Any ideas on what is going on? I’m launching a new site today and I wanted to get this up ASAP for feedback.
