November 10, 2011 at 1:01 am #170559Hi, I think there may be a 1px error in the column width somewhere. I notice that left column is 215px wide but there is a 1px gap at the
right of the column. This can be seen on the J1.7 Erio demo in the showcase. Look at the right side of the black header in the About Joomla menu in the left
column and you will see the 1px gap.Could you please investigate and let me know. I’m using 215px objects in the left column and there is a gap.
Thanks
PS Could you please also tell me where I can find the CSS to restyle the JA Facebook Like Box module? I want to change the border and
fonts to match the rest of my site.Blaine FriendBlaine

November 11, 2011 at 5:37 am #424152Hi placidpete!
I have viewed the demo and do not see the 1px gap you speak of. Is this in a specific browser?
For the Facebook Lioke module question, see if this thread helps you to sort it out. If not, get back to me and I will be happy to help you more.

Do you see this problem if you are using another browser, like Chrome or Firefox?

November 12, 2011 at 6:03 pm #424381Yes, I looked on a PC using Chrome and it was the same. To get the JA Social Facebook Like module to fill the column I need to set the
width to 216px. Is that what you would expect?Blaine FriendBlaine

November 13, 2011 at 6:01 am #424423Hi placidpete!
I have tried to access the link provided but I get a 404 error.
If I could see the site I could give you a better answer, so at this time all I can say is to use Chrome or Firefox (Firebug) to play with the code before making any changes to the sites live code.

Could one of you take a screen shot and circle the error for me to see?

Hi Aratype
I think there is a gap, but it’s more an optical effect you see because the top graphic is all black and the bottom in white with a black border. That is: the top is shorter because it is filled to the inside edges of the total space, the white uses the outer 1px as the border colour, making it appear bigger if you removed the border from the white modules they would appear equal.
