hmmm – interesting problem!
It seems like it does not work on the search page!
But if you search, then navigate to the Property Search page, and search again (with identical or different search terms) then it works fine!
So it appears that it is a conflict with the search component on the search results page.
If you’d like, for Joomlart subscription members we offer direct support where you can put in a ticket, and we will be able to take a closer look at the site to diagnose, and fix the problem!

iv been battling with you same issue for 5 months and till today this remains unsolved – i have 2 calls pointing to the same issue desriptions are as follows:

• Problem Range Values Documentation – Im fuming !!
• K2 Search not working with T3 cache disabled !!!! Problems with my site since T3.

I’m having the same issue here. Search from the home page works fine, but searching from the results page doesn’t work. Can you post a solution, or should I submit a ticket as well? Thanks!
