    The 2.5 version of JA Methys adds a black background to a text logo. That wasn’t a feature in the 1.5 version. How can I turn that off?

    Hi

    Could you post a link to the page where this issue is visible ?

    Thanks

    Look to line 1029 within css file template.css
    (within file path –> /jupgrade/templates/ja_methys/css/template.css)

    div.logo-text {
    background: black;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 10px 15px;
    }

    There appears to be the culprit (i.e. the background color property). Simply either modify the background color to what you want, or remove the background property for that particular rule altogether.

    Thanks you hit it on the head. I also had to go in and change the actual text color from white (given the former black background). Strange that simply upgrading to 2.5 would also stimulate the template developers to make such a change.
