I have looked through all the threads but cannot find the answer to these questions:

    1) In position 5 there is a “contact us” module with a light blue background and a “gallery” module with a red background. I would like the ability to customize those background colors. How do I do that?

    2) On the main menu I would like to change the link color for the page that I am on. For instance, if I click “About Us” and am on that page it turns blue. I would like to customize that color.

    Any help is appreciate!

regarding 2: duplicate the template in admin/backend, edit and change respective bg color and assign duplicated template to a given page, i.e. “About Us”

Thanks – I actually meant the color of the text in the menu bar for the active page.

then just use theme magic in admin template menu or if not possible there look up the hex value of the text color and replace all occurrences in all template css files for a given color theme

Theme magic is just what I needed – thanks! However, after using it and making some changes (that worked well) Theme magic is no longer responding. It just hangs and does not make any changes nor does it preview the file. Any ideas what went wrong?

it indeed can have some hiccups when doing preview, however, this can be overcome by clicking “save” instead of preview, then try to refresh your front end (crtl F5), if refreshing does not help click “compile less with css” button and let the operation finish for a couple of seconds
