    Hello tienhc,
    I really almost lost my client and I had to try other extensions to replace JANews2.
    But you can try again because now put back to you to evaluate.
    Even as you asked for access to the data management area of the site that sent you a PM, I thought you would access it for testing.
    In the definitive site for the client while I’m using another component to not lose my investment in the purchase of this template.

    Dear priori!

    i’m very sorry, i have fixed the issue please kindly check this issue for me.
    I fixed this as following: Open the file template.css and find code:

    .ja-box {
    float:left;
    overflow:hidden;
    }

    and replace:

    .ja-box {
    float:none!important;
    overflow:hidden;
    }

    Hello Tienhc,
    I again, firstly I would like to highlight that you asked that I make a change to the template css file.

    tienhc;175484Dear priori!

    i’m very sorry, i have fixed the issue please kindly check this issue for me.
    I fixed this as following: Open the file template.css and find code:

    .ja-box {
    float:left;
    overflow:hidden;
    }
    and replace:

    .ja-box {
    float:none!important;
    overflow:hidden;
    }

    But my file is different from yours in my file (the original TeLINES iii) reads:

    .ja-box { padding-top: 10px; padding-bottom: 10px; }

    so I changed to this:

    .ja-box {
    padding-top: 5px;
    padding-bottom: 5px;
    float:none!important;
    overflow:hidden;
    }

    First I was happy because on my server’s internal testing the layout was ok as the image local_ie7_ok.jpg.

    The online site is a clone of my test site, I made the changes to the site online but did not resolve as you can see in the image online_ie7_bug.jpg.

    What else could be happening? the problem may be in any configuration of server hosting?

    Dear priori!

    I think that you use the template.css file from the local site for the live site. and try to check the issue is fixed or not? please kindly give me the live site link via the PM. I would like to compare those sites to find a reason.

    Thanks

    Hello Tienhc,

    thank you, really now solved the problem, I will note if I need these settings again.

    Now I’d like to see if you could help me in the following question, observe how the positions were user6 and user7 (That is occurring in all browsers).
    They were one below the other and not beside.

    Thanks
