2 errors: Jobboard Filter Jobs Module and Select Employer in JobAlert

I have 2 problems:
First:

In Job Alert form or Advance Search Form, when i click Select employer, it doesn’t show any employer’s (list is empty).
But I have employers added to JobBoard. You can see: http://inplus62.linuxpl.info/pracodawcy

Second error:

In Jobboard Filter Jobs Module when you will check some category or location, Items have “Delete Icon”.
When I add new field (name:zamod) to filter list, it doesn’t have this icon – you can see this situation on image. What can I do?
