Hello friends, I have a problem on my site http://scuolasangiuseppe.futurasys.com/
I must add two new positions on the right side of the header. You can see an example in the screenshot. How I can do this?
PLEASE…

September 3, 2011 at 6:47 pm #410414Your in luck, my friend . . . . there is a relatively simple – and, at the same time, educational, way to achieve this goal . . .
Okay – so if you notice, you already have a “search” position established within the header of your site. This is very beneficial for us because achieving the result you want will (for all intents and purposes) simply modifying the current CSS for the search position, and assign your login module to that position as well. (depending on how you want your login position to look).
First of all, are you using the J1.5 or J1.7 version of JA Droid?
(it actually does make a difference)Can you also provide the url to the site you are working on?

yes, my website is http://scuolasangiuseppe.futurasys.com/
the joomla version is 1.5.23
then So do I should move the position “search” on the right side even more?

September 6, 2011 at 2:21 am #410874css often takes trial and error. w/o knowing exactly what you want I can’t give you specifics. you definitely want to learn firebug. That will help you enormously. using z-index and such its very possible to move things all over the place, but again, you’ve got to be a css guru sometimes and thats not me. This is often when you hire a friend or good dev’s to do these things for you.

Perhaps if you create another graphical representation of EXACTLY how you want your repositioning to look, we might be able to provide a more concise method to accomplish this.AuthorPostsViewing 9 posts - 1 through 9 (of 9 total)This topic contains 9 replies, has 3 voices, and was last updated by TomC 13 years, 2 months ago.
