Your site is Offline but i assume the issue and provided solutions based on description

For the View all text , You can find and change it from /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini
Find
```
TPL_VIEW_CATEGORIES                                 ="View All"
```
Change it with your word .

For 2nd question when u open article /category in Joomla if they are not associated to a menu then it will open on the homepage .
You need to add the category 78-genel to a category blog menu . So when u open the article of this category it will open on the Menu u created , not on Home page .
