1- On the module setting section please make sure that you already select the field “Show Add-To-Cart Link?” to Yes.
2- You can try as following for this issue
Go to the file of modulesmod_ja_contentscrollmod_ja_contentscroll.xml,Look for the xml tag
<param name=”numchar” type=”text” default=”0″ label=”NUMBER CHARACTERS” description=”NUMBER CHARACTERS DESC” />Adding below it the tag for suffix class
<param name=”moduleclass_sfx” type=”text” default=””
label=”Module Class Suffix”
description=”A suffix to be applied to the css class of the module (table.moduletable), this allows individual module styling” />Then go to the module’s back-end adding the suffix class for the it,you should add the class suffix is _hilite
I hope these make sense !

If you have changed the suggested code snippet, You can go on to add module class suffix — _hilite for the specific module

Please view::
http://docs.joomla.org/Tutorial:Using_Class_Suffixes_in_Joomla!_1.5#Module_Class_Suffix
You can find this option in module parameters of specific module
