May 20, 2008 at 6:18 am #128718Regarding to post about will JA continue providing us 2 templates per month or not, I was thinking, if it is possible and if community is interesting, maybe JA could provide one new template per month and one already released template but modified.
For example, to clarify, JA already released some old but modified templates, like Teline II, and by my opinion there are lots of templates that can be used again but with different layout, functionality.
I am not coder or designer, and I do not know how time consuming could be to modify or to make new template, so comments from experienced members are more then welcome.

Joomlart should release for new & refresh design every month.
Its can be template category for more business like as, for Real estate, Hotel, Travel…most of ja design there already only for News portal, web gallery, shopping web.

There’s always a new way of presenting a tried-and-true format – especially when it comes to eCommerce/eStores. Nevertheless, there is also a whole lot of room for new/innovative templates with targeted functionality – such as Travel Reservations, Auctions, Classified Ads, Freelance, Real Estate, Online Dating, Job Search/Board, etc.tempusserbia

Yup, I must agree with you, tcraw. But, only thing here, which I am trying to suggest is:
1. JA modify already released template and released it with improvements,
2. regrading above, by my opinion, is less time for producing it then new one,
3. as result, JA team will have more time to deliver us one unique template per month.TomC

May 21, 2008 at 5:46 am #249967I think they should stick to two templates a month, free for most bugs and unique. And come up with a modified version as a bonus.
And to come up with a template like you mentioned tcraw1010 is a good idea as long as they use something that is stable released and that an agreement with the developers of the component/modules is done so the support of the bugs is cleary stated somewhere.tempusserbia

I will agree with this only if in this case Joomlart(one of the best templates provider) raise prices – more work, more money
I think that 1 or 2 templates in month it’s enough for this price
Templateplazza, Shape5, Yootheme, Rockettheme, Gavick….. – 1 template per month
Only Youjoomla – have begin each month making 2 templatesAnd the prices almost equal , except youjoomla have a little lower prices.
