    I made my payment (2CO through PayPAL) but my account not updated with extended membership.

    I used CAPS and refreshed after I typed the coupon. My discount appears, payment made, received receipt from 2CO but my account not updated.

    If you are sure you made successful payment but your new purchase is not activated, kindly sign in JA HELPDESK SYSTEM and create a ticket to Account & Billing including payment ID for further assistance.

    I can try make payment again (is np form me i have funds) but will it be refunded if double payment.

    What u advise me ? I don;t want too lose the promo.

    Check with your Card or Paypal about the transaction.

    Didnt you get reciept? If the amount has gone, then you should be part of Promo.

    Obvious I checked to PayPal and Card account and transaction is made (money gone).

    If you was following my posts you would saw I put the header of my receipt on a post.

    Please make sure that you select the right coupon for the right package. Everyone is using coupon and it work properly lahirul

    May be the final confirmation was not fulfilled. As you have raised the concern to billing department, they will take care of it. No worries. No need for another try though!

    It seems like a lot of folks are having a problem with this. I entered my coupon code and pushed the update button to display the correct price. I went to Pay Pal to complete the transaction without a hitch.

    Make sure you are entering the coupon code in uppercase as displayed 2009CHRISTMAS And that the correct price comes up when you update it. From there you should not have a problem.

    Please be aware you can only use the coupon once.
