Hi there,

In fact, promotion program is launched on random basis whereas the notification emails runs automatically as routine works. This is how the promotion works. Therefore, we are sorry for not be able to compensate for the difference price before/after the promotion.

Anyway, for specific cases, kindly contact JA accounting and billing staff for more details.

The sale is over mate. Next sale is difficult to announce in advance. But its probably few months before we can think about another such sale.
