March 26, 2010 at 12:28 am #149834Hi Guys
I’m having a problem trying to get a banner to sit right in a module.
I have created a 250×250 module to display the banner but for some reason the banner sticks out to the right by 10 pixels.
I tried removing the 10 pixels left-padding on the ja-cols div.moduletable in template.css but this affects all of my side modules, which I do not want it to do.
I have attached a graphic to explain better.
Please help. This is frustrating!
Thanks

All you have to do is assign _blank to the module class of that image.
best regards

March 26, 2010 at 1:19 pm #337886The image is not stored on the server, it is dynamic from an external URL.

March 26, 2010 at 2:03 pm #337890Ok I see. But don’t you have that external URL in a module?

March 26, 2010 at 4:08 pm #337912yes, its part of a banner rotating tool. They say that this issue is not their responsibility and that it should be fixed at my end, but I don’t know where to fix it.
I thought that it should automatically fit perfectly into a new module but for some reason it sits to the right by 10 pixels.
Is this an issue with the banner tool or my site?
Thanks

March 26, 2010 at 4:18 pm #337916It doesn’t fit well in a new module because a “normal” module has padding of 10px. That’s why you have to add _blank in module class.
Try it please. Say something you’re having any doubts.
Best regards
