Does anyone know how to create an article “NOT Template” theme?

I am using the JA Teline II theme magazine theme.

    Joomla! 1.5.6

On http://xanluna.com I have all the articles set to single page with no other modules displayed so the article is full page width.

I would like to create a three column view in a single page so the text flows from one column to the next without having to create 3 tables to place the text.

    Thanks to all interested parties!

    Hi geekyartist,

Please provide an illustration, it will help others understand what you are trying to achieve.

Also, while not germane to the topic here, it is a good idea to update your site to Joomla 1.5.7 because the latter is a security update. Your site could be susceptible to attack, if you do not heed this update.

If you just want the security update, all you need to do is download the Joomla 1.5.6 to 1.5.7 update zip file, unpack it and then upload the unpacked kit to your site.

If you create a similar patch for the latest version of Teline II, for the files that were affected since the previous version, you may do the same procedure to patch update theTeline II component without resorting to the “uninstall-install” procedure to update Teline II.

    Thanks Cornelio

I am in the process of upgrading to 1.5.7. In my case it is not quite as simple as you might think. I have 4 Joomla! sites all inner twined if you will in one system. So it is rather complex. I just completed the 1.5.6 update when they announced the 1.5.7.

Anyway I have published the article that I need the columns. You can view it at:

I went a head and used a table to do what I wanted for now, but ideally I would like a CSS solution that would allow me to simply insert the article text in the editor and set a style.:)

    Thanks,
    Troy
