    Hello Capitano4,
In case you want to use our templates to build site for your customers, you need to submit to our Developer package, it’s no matter how many domains you will used.

Thank you very much for your interest in our services.
Looking forward to serve you soon with our templates.

Mmmmh, I do, as a hobby , 3/4 sites a year, so developer package is excessive. And if each customer buys a package (as Standard Membership – 3 months) for 1 domain?

    Yes, that’s will work.
If each of your customers subscribed to our Standard Mebership package and download the desire templates for one domain, that will be legal.

    Thank you.

If you use the 3 templates on your own domains then the Regular Membership will work for you. If you are developing the 3 websites for a customer or client on domains that you do no own then you will need to get the Developer Membership.

Would it be possible to get a confirmation from Joomlart staff on this? I have been looking through all of the Pre-Sale forum postings and have seen lots of conflicting information posted about this situation. Both from Joomlart staff and forum moderators (and club members themselves)

I am a web developer – however as the above poster said – more of a “hobby” or “part time” job. I design and host websites for a very small number of clients. For me the Developer license at $499 is too steep. However I think the 5 year Standard license for $200 and 10 domains is a much more economical choice.

However now I am not sure whether this is allowed. It seems from the above posts that we need to personally own ALL 10 domains that we are putting these templates on. So simply registering them with Joomlart.com is not sufficient here. We must personally own the domains through Network Solutions (or another registrar) to use them with our license.

Is this correct? If so – I think it should be more plainly stated on the site. I was ready to purchase the $200 license today until I read the post above. Now I will wait until I get a definitive answer on this issue. I need to know ASAP if I would be violating the license terms with a 5 year/10 domain license if I do not personally own all 10 domains. I will be hosting these sites, building and maintaining them – but in most cases my clients own their own domain name.
