February 25, 2017 at 6:01 pm #1013587Hey,
- So I encountered an issue with a publish button when editing the page and trying to save after. Whenever I click on publish button it keeps saving, exporting and so on but never finishes… Never redirects to to a normal page.
- Whenever I creating a new module positions via JA Builder it saves all positions , but when I am trying to edit the same page it removes all module positions and settings bringing back the original position ( all the time on all pages): Main content (9 width) and sidebar (3 width) so I have to redo all module positions every time.
- There is two jquerry errors on the Homepage and much more on those pages where I am using aikon easy form builder. (under the Applications menu tab).
P.s. I am using latest JA Builder version (RC)
Regards

February 27, 2017 at 4:36 am #1013770Does this happen after you install 3rd party extensions on your site? Pls try disable them first.

February 27, 2017 at 6:22 am #1013786Hey @saguaros
After disabeling aikon easy form builder, I got rid of jquery errors, but everything else left the same: publish button keeps rotating forever and module positions disappears every time I want to edit component page…
For those jquery errors: should I contact module developers or its JA builder issue? Before it was working fine, just couple days ago a started to receive these errors and the module stoped working as it should.
I attached the errors and the error message of the page where I am using aikon easy form builder.
Errors on these pages:
https://www.drivesemi.com/applications/driver-application
https://www.drivesemi.com/applications/owner-application
https://www.drivesemi.com/company-appThanks

February 28, 2017 at 3:18 am #1014025Hi,
It’s weird as I don’t see the error as your screenshots on your site in above pages.
If you can’t publish page, kindly check this topic if you have same issue: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/edit-page-hanging-after-publish/

February 28, 2017 at 5:15 am #1014052You dont see it because I deleted that module and using other component now. I am still getting an error under applications menu (…media/jub/default/css/bdd964e1b86b3.css 404 (JABUILDER_PAGE_NOT_FOUND)).
About the Publish button, I am attaching php settings, since I have no idea what is it about 413 (Request Entity Too Large). And how about module positions, not being saved when I edit ???

February 28, 2017 at 10:14 am #1014146Hi,
Kindly check whether that file persists on your server or not and make sure your site has permission to access that file.
For the 413 error, I explain in that topic, pls follow it.

March 6, 2017 at 6:53 am #1015536Hi,
I just checked and see above errors message on F.A.Q page only (all other pages looks fine, no error found)
Where you created this FAQ page? as I can’t find it under JA Builder Pages in backend of your site.

March 6, 2017 at 7:28 am #1015543No errors, but the layouts is not the same as it was before. F.A.Q page is a module, JA ACM. It seems that is missing bootstrap styling or something on all those pages (forms, faq, login, articles).

March 6, 2017 at 9:38 pm #1015777After you updated something in your system, I lost all bootstrap styling. Please check the styling of these pages as I pointed out them above:
https://drivesemi.com/applications/driver-application
https://drivesemi.com/login
https://drivesemi.com/info/terms
https://drivesemi.com/info/f-a-qAlso after you updated your system, all those errors disappeared. Still Publish button rotates forever. Other important issue: After creating and saving module positions layout it saves ( see capture2.png), but when I editing again any of the component page it sets the layout to default ( see cature1.png).
Please investigate those problems, because they DO NOT look fine and it is the issue on your end, because I’m not the one who is complaining about that, CHECK THE FORUM. P.s. deleting caches and cookies doesn’t help!
