I know there are several “forms” components out there for Joomla. Just wondering if anyone is using a third party form generator on thier site and, if so, which one? (A reference link to your form page would be helpful to – to see how it fits in).

I am using Performs component on our site.It is for Joomla 1.0.
We needed a way to get the news from the public, with the option to attach a picture, movie, etc.
While many form components does the basic functions, textfields, mail, radio buttons, there aren’t many to allow file upload.

Sorry about the foreign language but you can always GTranslate the page 🙂
Another nice feature of this component is that after the form is submited, the admin recieves a mail with details about what was written (configurable), file(s) uploaded, size, etc.
