We haven’t tested JA Multilingual with JA Reviews yet but you can install Akeeba to make a copy of your site and test it in localhost using XAMPP.

Yes, the only way to find out is to test it.

But, as suggested above, it is VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you make a complete backup of your site BEFORE you proceed with your testing – so you can revert back to your pre-test site version just in case anything goes awry.
