In the last seven days for three times the following site was unaccessable – for me (Joomla access) and for all visitors:

.fe ma lsc an s.com

Message:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /administrator/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In order to get the site “on air” again the host support every time has to change the permissions. What is happening? The site is quite simple (but hot!).
