I’m having a blond moment. My new site is currently offline. When I log into the site I get an 404 error message:

a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page

Component not found
Instead of the address bar showing: http://www.MyDomain.com it appears as http://mywebsite.com/index.php?Itemid=1 on the error page
I am not finding the solution, so would some point me in the right direction.
