404 errors from front page categories

    I have a problem with certain articles on the front page sections, some articles are suddenly going to 404 errors. It doesn’t happen on all just certain sections. SEO is not affecting it as have tried all settings, has anyone come across this??

    i am using the 1.5.8 release and the latest Teline II and this situation has only just cropped up so wondering if something my client did has done this when entering the article.

    Ok have left on apache re-write and add suffix but turned off SEO friendly, now the urls work, so it is the SEO friendly function that affects the front end articles, any ideas.

    Did you rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess?
