Hi, I had a site running with JA Purity. Then I installed JA Corona. I am not sure, but I think after this I started having lots of 404 errors in Google Webmaster Tool. Is it possible that it happened because of my templates change? Thank you!

It’s normal, in some cases.
You might have to wait for a while and let google update its database for your site.
Check your sitemap (if you have one) and update it if needed.
While Google is doing the usual crawls, you can check for missing files (not links) here : LINK
