    Hello.

    I keep getting this error “405 Not Allowed” after I do anything as simple as selecting a checkbox in Virtuemart > Configuration.

    When I do get this error, I just reload the administrator panel and the site acts as if there was no error, and opens Joomla Control panel with the virtuemart change made, but I get these notices:

    This error does not happen if I’m in any of the Virtuemart tabs like creating new product.

    Can you please help resolve?

    Hi
    This seems to be know error in VM , error comes due to low value of max execution time of your PHP values .
    I suggest you to Open a thread on Virtual mart forum for this problem . Here i found some thread same like your issue on VM forum :
