I use the browser Mozilla Firefox 19.0.2
I bought a premium account for one template and it does not work correctly: (
Installed quickstart. After I go to the admin panel trying to edit any Artitsles but an error
“500 – An error has occurred.
Layout l not found
Return to Control Panel “

Just can not do updates:
JA Popup Plugin for J25 & J30
error:
“500 – An error has occurred.
Installation unexpectedly terminated: Update path does not exist
Return to Control Panel “

Please help me with this problem. I would be very grateful.

PS I’m from Ukraine and speaks English very poorly.
