Hi, every time we try to create a new menu item we receive an error 500 internal server error. We’re using the JA Neuvo Joomla 3 quickstart… Please advise

Hi Romolo,

At this moment, I can’t access your site with URL you provided.

The ‘500 internal server error’ is more sever related issue, please make sure that you have right permission for file/folder on your site, the recommended permission should be: file=644 and folder=755.

Better still, ask your host if they can investigate for you.
