    C’mon JA help us out here. We are all paying customers. We paid for a product you provide and we aren’t getting the support. Not just for me but the other 126 questions out there.

    It has already been mentioned that a recent update caused problems with the ticket system so if your ticket has been un-answered then you should re-submit.

    I also find your response a little unhelpful. Providing links to the threads where you have raised you questions would be helpful.

    Current we calculated this notification will following rule:

    1 Answered = 1 Mark Best Answer

    Hope you can understanded.

    Also, you can check threads, we are trying to solve all issues of customers
