running bellatrix template and want a single col for just body to show up for content items

so I can run a 800X600 embedded video on the page when viewers are at 1024×768 screen sizes.

right now the left colum is a bit too wide and forces the video off the screen for this resolution.

How do I remove all sidebars/colums so only content body is displayed?
