They both look really good.

http://www.3swebservice.com – Simple, but effective. Gets the goal across without any excessive flash.

http://www.louisvillefirefootball.com – Wow, just wow. This is one of the best Joomla sites I’ve come across. Customizations are awesome. The only criticism I have it the sponsors popin gets annoying because it shows up on every page. Besides that, it’s awesome.

Louisville Fire:
When you switch to 800/narrow view all your header images with “text” get cut-off.

You may want to hide the resize tool or redesign your images and place your text/logo towards the right of the “horizontal fold”.
