Well, my website isn’t working on IE9 and below it due to a large number of CSS selectors.
I found that T3 might fix it and I’d just like to know if I can fix it by simply installing the plugin.
I don’t have any T3 template installed though.
I apologize if this has been answered many times already. I tried searching for it and still stayed with questions.

Hi

T3 Framework is supporting template installed , so if you install it and do not use a T3 template i don’t think it could fix your problems

Simply use T3 with a Joomlart template and you will fix all your issues

I appreciate the quick answer. Installing a new template of any kind is a huge mess for me right now. I guess I’ll have to look for a new solution. Thank you.
