    Does Admin only allow positive testimonials? I left a post complaining about a lack of customer service and whilst i have still had no contact from Joomlart, they appear to have the time to delete my post.

    Hi Menalto,
    Yes you are correct, I have made two posts but one appears to have been quickly deleted. I am assuming that since you are aware of the other post that it was you that deleted it.
    My “problem” is that I joined you site and ended up with the wrong subscription (which was obviously my fault). I have been attempting to get this put right since the moment I discovered the mistake which was about five minutes into attempting to download a site template, and realizing I was a member of the “extensions” part.

    I have no need for extensions and need a site template.
    I sent an email to you guys about ten minutes after joining and again 12 hours later and again 24 hours later. I have not downloaded anything, and figured that someone, should be able to:
    Change my subscription so that I have the one I need.
    Cancel the first subscription and start again, or simply answer my emails. Is that so hard?

    I can’t possibly be the first idiot who has signed up for the wrong thing on your site. I am posting here because I cannot get any response from ANYONE!
    I would just like someone to put the situation right so I can get out of your hair and get on with it.

    Hi Menalto,
    I have only paid you USD50, I was trying to get the USD70 one year 3 domain deal.
    I have a very nasty wireless internet connection that fades in and out of service that results in pages partially loading etc when it is not working correctly. If that is the case, I owe you guys USD20, how would I pay you this amount?
