Hi

That is not an error , it is default template that is assigning a minimum space to that block to show introtext article

Anyway you can reduce it adding this to your custom.css file

.magazine-featured.style-1 .magazine-carousel .magazine-item-main {
min-height:210px!important;
}

If you do not have a custom.css file already you need to create a new one in this folder /templates/ja_teline_v/css/
