No you personally have given me great support, the problem is not with that,
If I would have known support takes weeks to get bugs solved, as it goes back and forward so many times I may not have gone forward.
I know sometimes they are set up issues from a user end, which i hold my hands up to on a couple of occasions, but I have never purchased a component that does not initially work straight out of the box, with so many bugs. Configuration and custom edits, yes that has to be done sure. Even free ones dont seem to have set up issues like this.
I appreciate the work that has gone into this from JA, it potentially is a superb component and has everything.
Love what JA do and JA was the first template provider I originally joined when my Joomla days started.
I have been looking at this product for so long and I wanted to use it in my plans. The time was right so i purchased after long deliberation on other solutions, which were a lot less expensive, although admittedly not as potentially good.
Just very dismayed, it was lucky that it was not for a client and just me or I would be in the mire as they dont have patience!!
