l would love to see real estate or property rental templates becaus ethere isnt any nice ones on the net and l did search a lot but l dont know if joomlart will interest this.

The latest JA template, JA Raite, would actually make for a great real estate site.
All you need is the additional extensions to go along with it – such as mosets property or something along those lines.
