How do I edit A News_featured Module title font size?

I am using 1.7.

title seems be h1

In order to best assist you with your template . . . please provide the url of the site you’re working on, as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General Settings.

Hi.

my site url is http://ptacu.com

On A News_featured Module, title font size(Long Island Physical Therapy and Acupuncture, PLLC.) is too big and I like to change the title font size.
